What the Heart Creates: May I Let
“May I let the wind… “ A prompted writing exercise after heart sangha meditation last week.
.
Where would you let the wind take you?
.
Amazing how organic our sharing was. Stories about each individual’s clearing of personal self and personal space the month before, all tying into and building on the next. Each story empowering the others. It seems so obvious, in these moments of sangha, how we are in it together, in this life together, sharing a beat and a momentum in the same direction of healing and realizing.
.
All clearing the old, that may want to linger out of habit, but no longer fits, no longer serves. Clearing to take in. Clearing to say Thank You, yes, I am ready for all I have set my self and my sights on – and am being given.
.
Divinely gifted. Divinely transformed. You and me and the magic of Life doing it together. We are here for one and other. Our support makes an exponential difference.
.
Try it on. Make a quiet moment. Light a candle. With pen and paper, or computer, start: “May I let the wind…” See what follows.
.
“May I let the wind blow the warm rays of sunshine, comforting yellow streams of light, through and about my body, preparing me in the beacon that comes to shine.
May I let the wind blow its gentle breezes within, past my skin, tending and touching each brilliant cell, genius in the making of my body, unhinging what is glommed, nudging what is ready, or not quite, to move beyond.
May I let the wind take me in its kissing embrace, cradle me in its touch, penetrate me with the knowing that everything, everything is in motion, all of the time, in the rhythm, the song, the leading chivalrously, delightfully, inside and outside us everywhere. And may I follow.”
